This three hour course is designed as an introduction to the most frequently used Matrix functions. It is intended not only for those new to Matrix but also for seasoned REALTORS® who'd like to increase their knowledge. Classes are conducted in an environment designed to encourage questions from participants.

 Begin this class with research and end with a finished presentation! Search for Comparables, gather supporting statistics and choose Reports to build your CMA package. Attend this class to not only understand the 'hows' of Matrix, but also the 'whys' of the CMA process. Develop the skills to accumulate a 'collection of evidence' to support your pricing suggestion and to educate your sellers. Classes are conducted in an environment designed to encourage questions from participants.
