Third Quarter MLS Fees Past Due

For those members who have paid their third quarter MLS fees, we thank you. For those members who have not paid their third quarter MLS fees.  The MLS access has been suspended and a $50 reinstatement fee has been assessed to all past due accounts.  To pay your third quarter MLS fees, you may visit SPAAR's convenient online payment system at http://ims.spaar.com. If you do have any questions regarding your third quarter MLS fees, please contact the Association at 651-776-6000.
