Direct Agent MLS Billing
(11 JUN 2010) The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® has implemented direct agent MLS billing, which means you are now billed individually using a quarterly billing schedule.
Below is a timeline of important dates to remember:
June 10, 2010 - Agents billed for third quarter MLS services (July, August and September).
July 2, 2010 - Any unpaid agents will have their MLS services suspended until payment is received. A $50 reinstatement fee is charged in order for service to be reactivated.
